Izhar (which means in Hebrew will light / enlighten) and his wife posted on Facebook that her father's Tomato plantation needs help because the workers quite due to the war, and that all the tomatoes are going bad, no one to pick them and to drive the produce to the market to sell.

So my sister and I woke up really early and drove to Ohad, which is a moshav in southern Israel.

Located in the Hevel Eshkol area of the north-western Negev desert near the Gaza Strip border, it falls under the jurisdiction of Eshkol Regional Council.

Apparently like 40 other people decided to show up to help.

We are a beautiful nation.

Coming to help so everyone will have tomatoes in the local markets.

It was really scary, out in the plantation field, no safe place, many rockets alarms. You have 15 seconds to lie down on your stomach with your hands above your head and hope that it'll pass, hearing alarms then booms & things exploding, waiting a bit, and continuing to pick them tomatoes.

I wish us all better days, I wish us all to love Mother Nature more .

And may we find peace in all that we do.

With love and joy, and go help as much as you can.
