7:30AM Jerusalem, morning my personal practice at my parent's house .

I love the amount of sun coming in to our sun-room at this hour.

Chili is so funny 💜

Pranayama practice is so important its sets your day , your pace and clears your mind.

Yoga & Asana to waking your body and preparing it for meditation.

And Meditation, wow Meditation.

A practice to combine between your consciousness and awareness.

To unit you and the universe.

To understand what whole means.
