Helping is all we can do

On October 7th 2023 , Israel got attacked by the terrorist organisation Hamas.

Over 2000 people were brutallykilled.

Women, children, men, young people at a trance festival & IDF Soldiers. May they all rest in peace.

Over 200 people were taking hostage.

Young girls were rape.

Burned.

And the Israeli nation have to cope with this tragedy, bring back home the hostages, manage to get the security of the country back, provide medical and emotional care to everyone that was hurt in this attack, and survived it.

Sadly it's always personal, whether you know or don't know someone.

Me personally have about 15 people, friends, that got hurt in this attack.

Most of them were killed and will never come back home.

A few are crushed and their spirit might never bounce back from this trauma.

On October 23rd 2023, Israel is still at war, I was to have a Yoga & Mindfulness workshop up in North Israel at Gelilee.

Clearly it was Cancelled, a lot of small businesses suffered from this war, and its very hard to build back, especially when the end is not clear.

The whole nation is hurt and traumatised.

So ..

I'm shock but I decided to act.

To give back to who ever needs.

I started volunteering with IDF Soldiers teaching them yoga, to help them relax and stretch a bit in order to obtain a better clearer mind and body, after sleepless nights they had .

That day I started my class telling them, about the workshop I was supposed to host, I started tearing a bit, telling them I put so much work into it and that I knew in my heart I'd be teaching today, so I thanked them for their service and for coming to my class, and they tear a bit too.
