I had a wonderful time with NeoGames
Hosting such a big #mindfulness #retreat is always a challenge, especially when there's a serious heat wave and you're at the desert. As always wishing everything would go well and that everyone would have a great time.
what I mean by having a great time, as a host is that I will create understanding to each individual that comes to the workshop as I share the material and techniques and as we practice together you would reach your highest sensation out of the practice.
Remembering that practice makes perfect.
And that as long as you continue to practice you get better and better, higher and higher, deeper and deeper, on your inner journey exploring the #higherself .
It's always fun getting feedback and questions 🙂 I always enjoy connecting with everyone on a personal level and hearing about your experience in my workshop.
